Holidays will not always be the same without your family with you. Well, that is what I experienced last Chinese New Year. I missed my family’s CNY traditions. My father's special recipe, which happens to be my all-time favourite dish-- Braised Abalone.
Celebrating CNY away from my family is really different. However, I wasn't that lonely. My friends and I decided to celebrate Chinese New Year at my place. The only problem was none of us know how to cook!
